If you export from Lightroom to Photoshop as a Smart Object, then the Camera RAW settings are maintained and editable in the Photoshop image.
You can make a selected number of layers into a single Smart Object by selecting them and Right Clicking, and choose Convert to Smart Object. This then shows a single layer with a Smart Object. To edit the individual item inside the Smart Object double click it and a new dialogue box opens, with all the layers showing, which can be edited. When you have finished save it (?)
